Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ThousandsLink platform and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” means the ThousandsLink website, dashboard, tracking systems, and related tools.
• “Publisher” means a user who promotes offers and earns commissions.
• “Advertiser” means a user who runs campaigns and pays for results.
• “Offer” means a promotional campaign with defined commission terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Publisher Terms

• Publishers may only promote offers using approved methods and tracking links provided by ThousandsLink.
• Prohibited traffic sources and practices (including but not limited to incentive traffic where not allowed, brand bidding without permission, malware, and fraud) are strictly forbidden.
• Commissions are earned only on valid, tracked actions as defined in each offer’s terms.
• ThousandsLink reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions for fraudulent, invalid, or non-compliant traffic.
• Payouts are processed according to the schedule and methods stated on the platform, subject to minimum thresholds and successful verification.

5. Advertiser Terms

• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of offer details, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Payment for approved conversions must be made according to the agreed terms. Late or missing payments may result in campaign suspension.
• Advertisers must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Engage in any form of fraud, including fake leads, cookie stuffing, or click injection
• Misrepresent your identity or traffic sources
• Interfere with the Platform’s security or tracking systems
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access non-public areas of the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, branding, and ThousandsLink content remain with ThousandsLink or its licensors. Offer creatives and materials remain the property of the respective advertisers. You may use them only as permitted for promoting the relevant offers.

8. Tracking and Reporting

ThousandsLink’s tracking and reporting systems are the authoritative source for clicks, conversions, and commissions. Discrepancies should be reported promptly. We will investigate good-faith disputes in a reasonable timeframe.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. ThousandsLink may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, or risk to the network. Outstanding valid commissions will be handled according to our standard payout process, subject to any holds related to the reason for termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, or that every offer will remain active. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThousandsLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to ThousandsLink (or commissions paid to you) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ThousandsLink harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your promotional activities, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our Imprint, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
